"In an exhibition at Perc Tucker Regional Gallery, held in 1988, I published the first of two Suburban Etchings catalogues. Each of them included a small original suburban etching. There were eight different prints to choose from. |
Later the Gallery commissioned me to make four new prints for a touring show to parts of rural Queensland. Each of the stories in the etching related to actual events experienced by me or my friends" - Ron McBurnie |
